I do not believe that many of us are familar with vintage Omegas. A few names come to mind when these kinds of topics come up: Georges and Chuck. (if I missed anyone else who's knowledgeable with vintages, don't hesitate to holler). But out of this small group of people, an even smaller amount are interested in womens watches. And an even smaller amount have had the problem you have described! My advice is to ask your local Authorized Dealer, or maybe try your luck at Time Zone or some really popular sites.
