In the 1970s, I heard a presentation where the speaker advised that, aerodynamically, a bumble bee can't fly. Just not possible.

Thing is, the bumble bee doesn't know that.

I've got to confess that I'm doing a little more than just "reporting" what I read here. I think it's the right thing to have happen. If nothing else, the value proposition of Omega versus Rolex says it all to me.

Also keep in mind that you're dealing w/ a guy (me) here who doesn't care beans about technology differences and rationale: I expect my Seamaster Automatic Chronometer to compete favorably against its quartz counterpart.

Period.

And you know, frequently, it does just that.
