Service was acceptable, although it's actually out of COSC spec by being just over 6 seconds fast per day! Having sent it to them for being too slow, I can't help thinking their solution is to get it running a bit fast, knowing that it'll slow down over time as the lube disperses.
Previously it had dropped from +2 seconds per day to -10 over a period of 3 years with no plateau in sight. I must remeber to check whether it still deflects a compass needle.
On a good note, they buffed out the scratches in the clasp and changed the bezzel ratchet, it had become weak and too easy to rotate.
Total cost would have been $440 had it not been under an extended warranty.
