Rolex is a manufacture and Omega isn't a manufacture anymore an Omega doesn't manufacture and built the movements itself as it used to do in the past.I have rarely seen a watch with an eta based movement keeping very high values as Rolex. Marketing is one thing but manufacture status is another one.Compare vintage Omegas prices and new Omegas prices for sale on the used market, you will probably see what I am meaning.
