: I have finally decided on the Aqua Terra Two
: Tone mid-size watch. Before I make this
: purchase I have a question about the
: movement. It is my understanding the the
: calibre on the new version is 2500B. I am
: not quite sure what I should be looking at
: the make the determination that the watch I
: purchase is of this calibre. An earlier
: reponse indicates that you can see this by
: looking at the balance wheel. This will be
: my first automatic watch and I am not real
: sure of which part of the watch is the
: balance wheel. If anyone has a photo that
: can point this out I would apprciate it.
: Sorry for what I am sure is a fundamental
: question but I would like to make certain
: that I purchase the newer version. Thank you
: in advance.

I completely understand your concern, I am in the process of exchanging my 2500B Aqua Terra for the 2500C version, I only wish I could afford the two tone. Anyways You are actually looking for the 2500C version, The 2500B is discontinued, the 2500C is the latest model and corresponds to the beat rate suggested watchmaker George Daniels (creater of the coaxial escapement). In this link look towards the wheel, the characters are located in the leftmost bottom corner of the pic. the characters are not in gold lettering so look carefully. In your watch you will be looking for the 2500C. Hope this helps
