Gentlemen:
I just bought two single Eilux automatic watch winders. One I am using for my Speedmaster Day-Date (3523.30.00) watch. The other I am using for my new Seamaster. I have had the Speedmaster since 2000 and have only were the watch 5 to 7 times a month most likely. The watch has never been on a watch winder before. I would always just manually wind the watch and it would seem to keep good time. However, since I have purchased the winder almost a month ago and have not worn it the watch is 8 hours and 42 minutes slow. I have never gotten the watch serviced since I bought it. My question is this a simple problem that can be fixed by getting my watched serviced or is it a more serious problem? Also, I am from Philadelphia, PA not far from the Lancaster Service Center but from some of the information I have read from this site it wouldn’t be my first choice. Is there a service center you would recommend? Thank you.
Conrad
