Re: An orange Planet Ocean for 007?

: Blond hair, orange bezel. You heard it here
: first....

Gee, I don't know, Dell. I personally think it's too soon to tell what watch Bond will wear in 'Casino Royale'. As for him not wearing a tux, let's just wait and see. As for his hair staying blonde, well, that's what Daniel Craig said at the press conference after he was announced as the new Bond. I think EON Productions may have other ideas...but so far, I'm not liking any of them. I realize that the "Bourne" movies were a wake-up call to Michael G. Wilson and Barbra Broccoli (the Bond movie producers) and they are anxious to take Bond into a new direction, but I (and I suspect you, also) have wondered whether these changes may remove some of the core elements of what sets 007 apart from other action heroes. Sure, Bond seems a little dated these days, but all that's required are a few modifications (along with an intelligent screenplay) rather that a major re-boot.
But I digress.
I have heard on the grape-vine at work that there may be a Seamaster Pro Co-Axial (FINALLY) on the horizon, probably to be unveiled at the Basel Fair in Mar/Apr. This could be the next Bond watch instead of the PO.
I personally think that Bond may wind up wearing a DeVille Co-Ax or an AquaTerra instead of a dive watch.
As for "he won't even wear a tie through most of the casino settings upon which the original Fleming novel was based."
Hell, he'll be just like the rest of us!
Just my 2c.
