Hi !
Today I want to share a very happy moment with all of you, on my left wrist is now a beatyful new baby ticking.
A few hours ago I purchased a brand new SMP America´s Cup with bracelet. Bought it in a nice shop from a very educated salesperson (he wore a AP Royal Oak and we talked about Steve Mc Queen and his TAG Heuer in his movie "Le Mans", and many other watches) for a fair price: I´ve paid DM (=German marks) 3.400,- which is approx. US$ 1.700,- with current exchange rate.
This is the third Omega I own and, let me count, the 8th high-end watch I´ve ever owned. Will it be my last one?
After buying I met my girlfriend and even though she knows about my watch bug for many years, she said that she really likes the look of the watch.
Well, I´m happy. What a day !
Regards,
Tibor
PS: Mine is No. 4646/9999.
