Re: Update on my experience with Authentic Watches

Update 1.

They call and don't mention the rattle but say that my bezel is broken and that they will repair it at cost ($95) and USPS insured shipping ($20). I replied that I would contact them again on Monday.

I am not sure that I am completely happy with this response.

Chris

: Hi Guys,

: I have a 1 year old SMP Mid-Size that was
: purchased from Authentic Watches.

: Over the last month it developed a slight buzz
: or rattle as I shook it or when winding.
: Within the same timeframe the bezel began to
: loosen and eventually was sticking in 2
: spots and nearly spinning the rest of the
: way around.

: Well, I sent it back to them and now they say
: it has been shipped to the manufacturer and
: they will get back to me after it is
: inspected. All of this could take an
: additional 3-6 weeks (it has already been 3)
: and that anything not covered by the
: warranty will be given to me in an estimate
: before they complete the repair.

: I will keep you updated with my results

: Thank you,

: Chris
