SMP 300 - Crown fell off

Hi guys,

today the crown of my SMP 300 fell off after winding the watch.
I adjusted the time like every day and locked the crown with screwing it to the case.
2 Minuts after that i was walking through my living room, hearing something hitting the ground.
Searching after the thing that felt down, i found the crown of my SMP that i just bought 3 weeks ago.

I donīt know how this could happen, i am very dissatisfied.

Hereīs a picture of the disaster, i will bring the watch to my Omega dealer tomorrow to see what they have to say about that.
I really hope that this will be covered by waranty.
