You should be extremely dissatisfied. Absolutely no watch especially one that costs thousands should fall apart like that. At first, when I read your post, I thought that the whole crown and crown stem fell off (if this was the case, it would be as simple as screwing in a screw in tighter) but your pic shows the just crown out. I'm not a watchmaker so I don't know how bad your problem is, but it should be fixed for free. Since you only bought it 3 weeks ago, you can probably demand a replacment watch... The watch you have is owned by a majority of the users here, so expect more comments.
