Re: Update on my experience with Authentic Watches

: Update 1.

: They call and don't mention the rattle but say
: that my bezel is broken and that they will
: repair it at cost ($95) and USPS insured
: shipping ($20). I replied that I would
: contact them again on Monday.

: I am not sure that I am completely happy with
: this response.

"Not happy" with that response??? I'd be freaking livid!!!! That should be covered under their "so-called" warranty as it would be if you had a manufacturer's warranty and sent it back to Omega. How could YOU break your bezel? Were you prying at it with a knife to see what was under there? Were you using it as a merry-go-round for your ant farm? Come on...either they give you a warranty or they don't, it's as simple as that.
