I agree with everything Joey said. And, yes, a crown that falls off on a 3-week old watch would certainly be covered under warranty. However, you have every right in the world to demand that your dealer simply give you a new watch as a replacement. He can easily send the watch back to Omega as defective goods and get full credit for it, so there is no reason for you to be without a watch while it is being repaired by Omega. DO NOT let him tell you it has to be sent back. We're taling about a 3 week old watch here - a simple swap for a new one is not unreasonable at all.
