Due to slack train and the dial not 100.000000% the same all the way round you will see the hands not always on the batons. I have always been told to fit the hand so you have the best possible chance for the hand. the only one Omega that you will find is the old cal 1510 and the Rolex cal 5035 as both of these watches use pallets so the jump is always the same unlike the modern quartz watch.
