Read the small print in the Guarantee it states repair or replace. You have to allow the retailer a chance to repair it if when you get it back it's still not correct then ask for the new watch Euro laws are clear. If the watch is within 30 days you can ask for a replacement but after that it is down to the company. I think with Movado that we are the agents for in the UK we have replaced only half a dozen in 8 years. But talk to Swatch group direct you will find them more helpful but you may (will) get the same answer.
