Are you absolutely 100% sure that these are scratches and not some other gunk that has built up on the crystal? It is all but impossible to scratch a sapphire crystal, so if yours is brand new I can only surmise that you have a defective crystal. If your watch is brand new, take it back to your dealer RIGHT NOW and demand a replacement. You cannot repair a sapphire crystal, you have to buy a new one. Further, on a brand new watch, you shouldn't have to wait for warranty repair. Let the dealer send it back as defective and just give you a new one. Assuming you bought from an authorized dealer, they CAN do this. If you bought gray market, well, good luck.....
