I own an Omega 9ct dress watch that was presented to my father in 1980. The only text on the dial is Omega,Swiss Made. Could anyone tell me more about the Cal 1030 and why it is referred to as 'fastbeat'. Also is it unusual for the watch case to be a clam shell ie the watch divides down the middle rather than have a case back?
