Anyhow,most don`t focus on the second hand.
The quartzs I have seen were all fine within a hair or two.You really have to look for it. I.M.H.O.automatics are the way to go ,and he who buys an Omega quartz thinking it is "THE Omega movement " to buy hasn`t done his homework.
Quartz isn`t what Omega is famous for.
