That model isn't a certified chronometer, so it isn't held to the COSC specs of -4 to +6 seconds per day. I'm sure a qualified watchmaker could regulate it to get it to keep better time, though. My local Omega AD's watchmaker only charges $25 for a regulation.

Regarding the bracelet, I do wish Omega had a fine adjustment feature, but they don't. You basically have to get the best fit you can using the right combinations of links and the half-link in the bracelet.
