Your bezel probably just needs a minor adjustment in the spring tension from a qualified watchmaker. If you start squirting lubricant in there, you're likely to do more harm than good. This should be nothing more than a couple minutes' work for a watchmaker, so better to let a professional handle it than gum up your bezel with lubricants.
