Send the watch in a box that you don't want back, NOT the original box, to:

Enclose a letter stating exactly what the problem is and what you would like them to do. If the watch is still under warranty, enclose a COPY of the warranty card or sales receipt to prove it was purchased from an authorized retailer. DO NOT send any original boxes, cards, etc. to Omega. They will ship the watch back to you in a red padded Omega zippered case.
