It comes to who is the author. If someone who thinks the "best" watch was an Invicta, you really cannot rely on him for information.

Rolex 4130 is relatively new (2000). The earlier batch was a disaster. I doubt many watchmakers already got their hands on the 4130 because it's still very new (no need for service, yet).
As for El Primero, it's a very different thing: beat rate, power reserve. I can barely relate El primero to 4130.
