Since Omega only sells parts to their AD's and Service Centers, your best bet is to get your local AD to order the parts for you and then take them to your own watchmaker. Granted, your AD will probably charge you full MSRP on the parts since you won't be having the work done by HIS watchmaker (if he has one), but at least you'll be able to get your hands on the parts.
