Actually, I have received this excellent service from Omega USA in NJ. I am of the opinion that common watches like Seamasters with 1120 movements can be properly serviced there since they see so many of them. However, when it comes time for the Broad Arrow to get serviced, it will go to Switzerland. That 3303 movement is too complex and has a spotty history of reliability, so I want only the top watchmakers in Bienne working on that particular watch.

Now, if I get the Seamaster back and it still isn't running properly, then I'll probably change my mind. However, for now it seems that Omega USA is going out of their way to please me.
