Purchase of a Seamaster Aqua Terra

I'm in the market for an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra - my local AD is offering 20% discount (to $2,150+ 6.5% sales tax) , but I see various dealers on the web offfering 30% to 33% (to $1,875). Taking the sales tax into account, thats about a $400 difference .. significant on a $2000 watch - about 20%

However, I do want to avoid a counterfeit, will need support getting the bracelet re-sized, and want to avoid warranty problems.

Have you any advice on reputable dealers over the web ?
