Omega president apologizes for 007 ad *LINK* *PIC*

The following letter to me from Omega SA president Stephen Urquhart arrived this morning.

After receiving this, I was stunned to see that the Seamaster 2535.80 GMT continues to erroneously appear as a James Bond watch on their website.

Nonetheless, I must say that I am hopeful that this issue may ultimately be resolved, given that Mr. Urquhart cleary agrees that we are talking about "the Seamaster 300 watch," singular. Further, he is willing to "concede that there was an error on the OMEGA internet site," in writing, and to go on to apologize on behalf of his company.

Extended description of necessary next steps and screen captures (sorry, may take a bit to load, depending on your ISP connection) now appear on my personal website.
