Dell: For somebody who makes a living getting other people listen to reason and compromise, you seem to be rather single minded and unstoppable when it comes to stuff you care about. It's become clear that you've spent a lot of time and effort, and left a paper trail bigger than the Enron investigation to get some satisfaction in this matter. It isn't easy to get a big corporation to roll over and actually say "Uncle", but you actually managed to do it. My congratulations!!
