The Bezel sounds like something is loose inside. I would take it to an AD and get it fixed (it's super fast and cheap; cheaper if you still have a warranty). The Bezel ring itself is just a painted piece of metal that can be scratche relatively easily. If it really bothers you, you can get a replacement bezel but Omega doesn't just sell the inserts seperatly anymore. You'll have to buy the whole bezel mechanism and that is pretty expensive (so change it only if it REALLY bothers you).

If you want a cheaper solution, you can buy an after market bezel insert from Ebay for about $5-$20 and replacing the insert is pretty easy (might want a pro to do that for you too, though). Hope that helps...
