Premise of the week… You know of someone who's…

Hello all,

It's already Friday on the East Coast. Instead of a scan for scan-day, I thought I would post a premise and ask a question of you all.

Here's the Premise:

You know of someone who's going to BaselWorld and he is going to have the opportunity to ask on your behalf a single question or request of a high-up official of Omega Bienne. Now you aren't going to ask or request something that would embarrass your friend, like "Can I have the entire contents of the Omega Museum?".

What is your question/request?

I'll start.

My request is a simple one, but I think it is one that would require very little effort on Omega's part, generate a nice little source of revenue for the Mothership and make a lot of vintage Omega watch owners very happy.

I'd request that Omega make as many different ( and proper ) end-pieces to fit vintage Omega watches as possible to fit as many vintage watches as possible using commonly available new/current replacement bracelets (like the 1171 for Omega chronographs) and make them easily order-able from any Authorized Dealer at a reasonable price.

Collectors could order bracelets to fit their old watches, Omega would make a profit on the pieces, balloons would fall from the ceiling, everyone's all smiles.

What would you ask for (within reason)??? Bring back the Flightmaster? A Planet Ocean with a Burgundy bezel? A PO Chronograph? A Manual-Wind Moonwatch with a date window at 4?

Please reply...

P.S. No I am not going, at least not this year.
