Three Speedy Questions, movement related :)

One:
Is it ok to hack a non hackable movement? I always improvise-hack on my Seikos and some old ETA movements too; by pulling out the crown and turning it in the opposition direction so that the seconds hand moves back a bit and stops.

Since getting my Speedy Pro handwind, I do the same. But I am wondering will this be bad for the movement?

Two:
Also, I am used to my automatic watches gaining secs constantly each day. And if that watch is losing secs, it would also be constant. I never encounter a watch that is sometimes fast, sometimes slow. But I realised that my Speedy is sometimes gaining, sometimes losing, about either plus or minus 1 sec to 5 secs each day.

Is this normal? Not that I am complaining, since it sort of compensates the gain/loss and the end result is a watch with good accuracy. I just feel weird about it.

Three:
When running the chronograph, should the chronograph sec hand synchronize with the normal hands perfectly?

For example I start the chronograph when the normal seconds hand is at 12, so they are in syn. After a few minutes, the chronograph sec hand starts to loss or gain speed (1 to 2 secs) and yet after a few minutes it might gain back again.

Is this normal? Or is it's just the dial markings?

Thanx a lot in advance for any replies. :D
