I am looking for my first really good watch. I started looking at the TAG's but now I have decided I like the SMP better, and after reading all the reviews and this board it seems that it is a much better watch. The question is which movement to get. I am leaning towards auto rather than a $1000+ battery watch. But can the auto take the every day abuse of a sports watch. That is yard work, tennis, swimming, jet skiing, etc. I do not want to have to baby it. I am a dentist so 5 days a week all it is going to see is a million hand washings. Thanks.
