All you have to do is e-mail aftersales@omega.ch and attach a digital picture or scan of your warranty card. Just make sure the model number, serial number, and AD stamp are clearly visible in the photo/scan. They'll order the certificate direct from COSC and send it to you from Switzerland. It takes 2-4 weeks on average to receive it (at least that's been my experience for the most recent ones I've ordered).
