I was at the Swatch Group in downtown Toronto the other day to have my Omega DE Constellation looked at. It appeared to be a very professional operation. The area where they work on the watches was all glassed in so people could see, and it looked like a lab, with everyone wearing white lab coats. My watch was losing about 17 seconds per day, so they put it on a machine that gave a print out of exactly what was happening inside the watch. I was impressed with what I saw and would recommend them if you are in the Toronto area.
