No, once a warranty has expired that's it. It makes sense when you think about it, since you can expect to need a full servicing every 5 years or so anyway. In the US these cost about $400+ for chronograph models.
Also, this really isn't THAT great a deal, since most pre-owned Omegas that are out of warranty (as this one is) sell for no more than half of MSRP in the used market. Check out sites like the www.timezone.com sales corner to get an idea for what used Omegas sell for. I've seen this model sell for as little as 33% of MSRP (greatly used condition, of course).
