: I recently got an omega F300 watch from my dad.
: I'd like to know if it possible to replace
: the accutron movement with a quartz
: movement. Anybody know what movement would
: fit? What kind of cost are we talking about?
WHATS WRONG WITH THE F300 IN THERE??
they are the rolls royce of tuning fork watches.
not only that, you destroy the collectability value if you stuck even an omega quartz movement in there.
if yours works, but has issues,it needs cleaning and regulation.even if it needed a new coil,it would be 200 bucks.
it`ll take a #344 battery no problem.
if it has issues,it is not because of battery.
