If its on ebay with no papers, I would stay away from it. Heck, even ones with papers on ebay I would stay away from. Bottom line, if you are looking for a new watch, one of the people on this forum will hook up with a good authorized dealer that will give great discounts comparable to any you will find on ebay or some other internet site.
If you are looking for a used watch, papers are very important as they do help authenticate a watch, but papers are easy to copy also. If you need help bidding on a watch, post pics on this forum of it and some of the great eyes that hang out here will surely help you identify whether the watch is real or not.
