Hi Pierre,
that isn't right at all.

The second hand should not be "jerky" anywhere.

Alone the fact that the constant second hand & the centre second hand are eventually out of snych, is reason enough to return the watch.

I'd go back to your dealer & point out the problems.

This is not normal behaviour & none of my vintage watches do this.
