I've seen worse fakes, but here are a few of the dead give-aways:

1) The luminous dot in the triangle at the top of the bezel is much too large.

2) The crown should protrude further when fully closed.

3) The white lettering on the dial is too light and the Omega symbol below the 12 o'clock markers is just plain wrong (the bottom of the symbol is too open).

4) The font of the lettering in the date window is wrong.

5) The second hand tip is too long. It should stop before going into the white minute markers.

6) The bezel is not correct. Its scalloped edges should protrude at the top and at each number on the bezel. It is clearly misaligned.

7) The bracelet, if genuine, does not fit the case properly. The lugs protrude too far from the case.

I'm sure there's more but that's all I can find at a cursory glance.
