If it isn't covered under warranty you can expect to pay about $275-$300 from Omega USA for a full servicing on a non-chronograph watch. Omega is going to undoubtedly recommend the full servicing, which includes replacing any worn or damaged parts and replacing the lubricants. They will also replace the gaskets and crown, and then pressure test the watch to make sure it is water resistant once it has been re-assembled. Additionally, they will disassemble and polish the bracelet along with the rest of the watch so that it comes back looking like new. The last step is to test it and verify that it is running within COSC specifications before it is returned to you.
