Are you using The Watchmaker in Stoneham, Ma. If so they are great. Jack the watchmaker is one of the best and if this is where you brought it I'm sure you will be happy. If it is not then you should get it back and bring it there. They are the Factory Authorized Omega Northeast USA service facility. Good Luck
