Here's my 105.003
It has (unfortunately) had a redial, the dial is shiny glossy black (it should be matt black ) :-( The dial ruins the watch for me.
However looking at the lume on mine, it looks like either an older redial, or really BAD lume or it has been artificially been aged.
I'm not sure Davids dial is a new one.
I have a brand new replica dial. ( raised logo ) But A) it looks too new for the watch B) it missing the T SWISS MADE T markings & C) It's not stepped.
here are some pics
I think if you REALLY want to split hairs, there is a slight difference in the way Speedmaster is written too.
I've heard you can "age" a dial using cigar smoke. I may try this & then put it in my 105.003
Returning to Davids dial, it IS marked "T Swiss Made T". I suppose someone could have added the T's to a '57 replica dial, but that's a lot of work for not much benefit.
Maybe it's David's photo that makes it look flat.
Oh the joys of vintage watches !!
