i purchased a new rolex president in 1979 or 1980? last year it was slowing down, so i took it in for service to a local jewelry store chain that sells rolex. the watch repair guy said the service would be slowed by two weeks as rolex every year has all the authorized repair people go back east some place for two weeks of training to go over all new things in the repair and service end of their watches. my question is does omega have the same schooling? thank you.
