At first I didn't think it was, since over on timezone one of the posts from someone at Basel said that the quartz model wasn't on display and that no details on one had yet been released from Omega.
However, looking at the position of the date window and the larger applied marker nest to it, it does seem to be in the right place for the quartz model. So, I have to agree with you. Besides, every co-axial watch Omega makes is COSC certified, so I couldn't see them NOT doing this for their famous "Bond Seamaster".
