that's a nice watch.
It has a 1040 automatic movement, same as used in the Speedmaster MK III.
The case ref # is MD 176.005
This particular case variant is known as the TV dial.
I assume the case is gold plated. ( I don't know of a solid gold version ) - I don't know anything about the bracelet.
The 1040 movement was fitted to Seamasters between 1971 & 1978.
Value ? in that condition, I'd guess between $500 & $800.
But who knows in eBay. I've seen some go for more & some go for less.
