Can't help, sorry Amanda. But it's an interesting watch. As you say, it's surprising it's a Seamaster - the watch itself is more like a classy watch - one would expect it to be a Geneve or a Constellation.
The bracelet is surprising, too. It does seem right for a Seamaster, but not for that sort of watch!
But, that said, there have been many Omega models, as a glance at OMEGA SAGA will reveal, and it may well be genuine.
Personally, unless I had fallen in love with it, I would wait for something else to come up. There are often good bargains on the internet. How about a 1970's Geneve Dynamic? The ladies version is a very pretty little watch...
