I just received this......
When I bid, I hadn't closely looked at the inlayed "plaque" on the top of the box. I assumed it was the "Normal" Omega logo.
So I have a few questions...
- Which watch came originally in this box ? can anyone post a pic ? I have no idea what the 1988 limited ed Calgary/Seoul Seamaster looks like.
- The same box ( with a different "plaque", I assume ) is shown in Omega SAGA (page 392) hosting a 20th anniversary speedy ( 1989 ). Does anyone KNOW what was on the top of that box ?
- I'm SURE I've seen this box hosting a "grail" 396.0822. ( available from 1987 onwards ) Does anyone out there know where / If there is a picture available ? ( I am very aware that Gino B's "grail" came from his AD in a different box )
- Does anyone know what other Omegas were offered in this box ?
TIA
Steve
