The Chrono works as follows:-
Top pusher Start/stop for thr chrono function
Bottom pusher reset ( only push when the chrono function has been stopped ).
The when the chrono function is running, the following hands are in motion. Large central second hand, 03:00 subdial - showing elapsed minutes in a 30 minute cycle, so 2 cycles per hour, 06:00 subdial - 12 hr elapsed counter.
