Watch Servicing and Repair

I know this is not the forum for this brand of watch but I personally feel this site is the "truly the best" with knowledgeable and honest people. Anyway, I recently found a vintage Universal Geneve watch in my father’s belongings as we were cleaning out his home. It still runs and in great condition considering it was found in the tool shed. The watch is in need of an overhaul and crystal. Can someone please provide me with some recommendations and point me into the direction of a fine repair shop. In the area where I live (Hawaii), I am unable to find a person or shop that I truly trust which can do the job correctly. Your help and referrals will be greatly appreciated.
Very sincerely,
Jamie
