I think I remember reading somewhere that they ditched Omega to go with Cartier.
That would, for lack of a better word, suck.
Brosnan to Craig, Omega to Cartier... it's like they're purposely tarting up the image of 21st century Bond into a bloody metrosexual. What next? Are they going to get rid of the vodka martini in favor of a nice bottle of Voss mineral water? How about a scene where Bond goes tanning? Perhaps they ditch the Aston Martin (or Bentley, as in the book) in favor of a sporty little Miata, or maybe a Mercedes convertible, painted banana yellow?
