You're dead right the desription IS for a watch with date function. I've made a mistake.
The movements listed are date movements. ( & I made another mistake there, the watch has a 552 movement & that is NOT in the Omega description )
The case ref no ( 166.002 ) is also for a watch with a date function.
So. What if case ref number was 165.002 ? That would be a watch without a date.
The OVI ( Omega Vintage Information ) description for a 165.002 is however for a seamaster with a 552 movement. Could it be this watch ?
The number looks like 166.002, on the inside of the rear cover, to me though. Could it be 165.002 ?
